Overview
At Times Medico, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or perishable nature:
- Prescription medicines
- Opened or used health and personal care products
- Groceries, fresh produce, dairy, or frozen items
- Sanitary or intimate products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not in its original condition
- It is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- It is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the item is returned.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
